Esterel Technologies and CD Adapco Japan Sign Distribution Agreement for SCADE

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA and YOKOHAMA, Japan . December 6, 2004

Esterel Technologies, a leading worldwide supplier of model-based design, validation, and verification tools for the correct-by-construction development of high-reliability embedded software applications, today entered into a distributorship agreement with Yokohama-based CD Adpaco Japan (CDAJ). The agreement covers sales and marketing of the SCADE Drive™ and SCADE Suite™ product line in Japan.
