Experience

Jean-Pierre Renault joined Esterel Technologies in May 2003 as Chief Financial Officer.

Between 1996 and 2003, Mr. Renault worked for Picogiga, a company producing compound semiconductors and listed in the Paris Stock Exchange. After a successful IPO in 1996, he became their CFO and Executive Director.

Between 1993 and 1996, he joined a PC distributor which was successfully listed in the Paris Stock Exchange.

Between 1991 and 1993, Mr. Renault worked as a consultant for different companies, concentrating on financial and administrative matters.

Between 1988 and 1991, he was Deputy Financial Director at Scac, a Bolloré Group company active in international forwarding.

From 1980 until 1988, Mr. Renault worked for Mory group, a French company active in European brokering and forwarding.

Between 1972 and 1980, he was the Controller at Sulzer Group, an international Mechanical Group based in Switzerland.
