Mr. Gärtner is Esterel Technologies Vice Pesident Business Development & Presales since April 2010.

He has served as Deputy Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Expertise and Support since October 2008. Prior to his promotion into this position, Mr. Gärtner was Technical Manager of Esterel's German Market Operations. He joined Esterel Technologies in 2003 as a Technical Consultant.

Before joining Esterel Technologies, Mr. Gärtner gained over 10 years of consulting experience on safety-critical and real-time systems, specializing in positioning solutions for offshore and remote sensing markets.
