Job Description

System and software engineers use SCADE® solutions to graphically design, verify, and automatically generate critical systems and software applications with high dependability requirements. SCADE solutions easily integrate, allowing for development optimization and increased communication among team members.
As the Esterel Technologies' Training Specialist, you will be a part of the Professional Services team and work closely with the following teams: Operational and Product Marketing, Sales, Documentation and R&D.
Job Description
You will work in the Professional Services team with large autonomy to:
- Gather information from product marketing specialists, as well as from FAEs and experts, to create, develop and maintain all trainings related to the SCADE product lines (SCADE Suite®, SCADE Display®, SCADE System™ and SCADE LifeCycle™), including basic product trainings, advanced product trainings and advanced process trainings
- Manage internal training materials and reviews to validate training courses content and implement required editing
- Upgrade training design and instructional methods and materials with respect to corporate identity, users' feedback and training plans
- Act as the single point of contact for managing training material
- Direct report to the VP of WW Professional Services
Profile and experience
Required:
- Experienced in technical training content management.
- Bachelors Degree in computer science.
- Writing and designing training courses for the software industry.
- Track record of success at developing high-quality training courses on time.
- Familiar with PowerPoint and Adobe tools.
Great assets:
- Mastering a pedagogical strategy
- Experience within embedded software domain
- Experience in e-learning will be appreciated
Skills and competencies
Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great sense of pedagogics.
- Investigation-minded and user-oriented person. Attention to details and documentation quality.
- Able to cope with dynamic and changing software development environment.
- Able to comply with and participate in project processes.
- English is your native language; French, German, Russian and/or Chinese is a plus
